Salam....Today is my first day I learn about Protein Data Bank(PDB). It is about biological macromolecular structures. From PDB, we can know the structure of any type of protein or any other macromolecular by only typing the name of the protein. For today session, we try to see 'Trypsin' structure. Using RasWin software, we can see the structure in various view. Here, I attach some kind of views that I had saw:
